RV Campground Policies
At Little Bear RV Campground, we are dedicated to ensuring that all our guests have a wonderful and memorable stay. From the moment you arrive, our friendly staff is here to cater to your needs and make your experience as enjoyable as possible. We strive to provide a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere where you can relax and feel at home. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we look forward to making your visit truly exceptional. We kindly request all our guests to adhere to the basic rules outlined below.

General Park Conduct

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep music and loud talking down at this time.

Loud and inappropriate behavior may lead to removal from the park without a refund.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM; Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Late departures may incur a fee.

Speed Limit: 5 MPH at all times. This is strictly enforced for the safety of children and pets.

Site Occupancy: Maximum of 8 people and 2 vehicles per site. Additional parking available at $5 per vehicle.

Please do not park on grass.

RV's older than 15 years or home built campers are not allowed in the park, unless approved by management
Pet Policy

Leash Law: All pets must be on a leash (6ft or shorter) when outside your vehicle.

The "Poop" Clause: Please pick up after your pet immediately. Failure to do so may result in a $5 fine or being asked to leave.

Do not feed stray animals in the park.

Noise: Excessive barking is disruptive; please do not leave pets unattended outside.

Prohibited Areas: Pets are not allowed in the laundry room or restrooms.
Fire & Safety

Campfires: Fires are permitted only in designated fire rings. Never leave a fire unattended and extinguish it completely before sleeping or leaving.

Firewood: To prevent the spread of invasive species, please use only wood purchased at the camp store or sourced locally.

Prohibited Items: No fireworks, firearms, tarps over campers, outside refrigerators/freezers, porches, makeshift steps, inoperative vehicles, window AC units, pet fences for extended periods, external clotheslines or clothes drying outdoors, outdoor storage units, or any other items determined to be prohibited by management are allowed.
Site Maintenance & Utilities

Keep it Clean: Your site must be kept free of trash and clutter. Please dispose of bagged trash in the park dumpsters. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

Washing Vehicles: Washing RVs or cars on-site is prohibited to conserve water and prevent mud.

Sewer Connections: A sewer donut or airtight seal is required for all sewer hookups to prevent odors and leaks.

Gray Water: Do not drain gray water onto the ground. It must be disposed of in the sewer hookup or at the dump station for a $15 fee.

Store large items such as grills off the grass to allow management to mow as needed.
Facilities & Amenities

Children: Parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children at all times.

Laundry: Please do not leave laundry unattended. Remove clothes promptly when the cycle finishes.

Alert management of any electrical or plumbing issues, if they arise.
Little Bear RV Campground shall not be liable for the loss or damage to any personal property of the Camper(s) or of others due to power outages, theft, acts or omissions by occupants, trees, bushes, other natural occurrences, and/or acts of God.
